Results vary: many buildings have no public plan. Asking the client with ✉ Request plans is usually more reliable.
Enter the building address. Each link opens a targeted search in a new tab. When you find a plan: right-click → Copy image, come back here and press Ctrl+V (⌘V on Mac). Or save it and drag it onto the drawing, or use Photo / PDF / image. PDF plans load directly.
Tap or drag the four red corners onto the corners of the plan (or the sheet of paper), then Apply. Use Rotate first if it is sideways. This squares up photos taken at an angle so rooms can be detected.
No drawing needed: list each room on this floor with its size in metres (Width = across the plan, Depth = up and down the plan) and where it sits. The app lays them out around a corridor to scale. Then drag walls or corners to fix anything, and use 🎯 Assign rooms to zones to make zones.
Finds the building's footprint and draws it on this floor in real metres, so you can divide the inside with the room list or zone tools. Needs an internet connection. Not every building is mapped, and new ones may be missing.

Reads the plan image on this floor and creates the shapes a person would have drawn, so you can edit, rename and move them. Works best on a clean, dark-lined plan, or a photo of one that has been straightened. Ordinary photos of rooms can't be converted. Ordinary photos of rooms can't be converted. The toolbar's Gap closing and Wall sensitivity sliders apply.
